Hi, I'm Erron. After receiving my N.F.P.T accreditation in 2010, I've spent the past decade helping Bay Area people build stronger bodies and better behaviors. I'm proud to say that I even work with second generation clients now! My goal is to help you get more fit and more knowledgeable.
As a Silicon Valley personal trainer, I know that my clients' time is precious. I train in person and over Zoom. Workouts are efficient, effective and customized. I've trained a wide range of people and am excited to help you get started.

Years ago, a co-worker commented, "Man, you're getting fat!". For me, it was a shock and not much fun to hear
I'll admit that, especially as an excited, new dad, I was happily oblivious to the weight I had been gaining. But that insult got my attention - and proved to be a blessing in disguise. I had to be honest with myself and make new choices to be a healthy dad. I changed my diet, committed to working out, and never looked back. My resulting weight loss and body transformation were the results of hard work and consistency.

I'm proud to say that my son is now in college and I have an established personal training business, Ebuilt Fitness. I am passionate to help others build healthier bodies and achieve greater fitness. Believe me, lasting change is possible - I'm proof!
